"In my opinion, the single biggest benefit is the ability to run the pump with the engine off to prevent heat soak... say bye-bye to turbo timers."The reason for a cool-down session is to prevent the oil from coking within the CHRA. Even with a running coolant through the turbo (if the particular turbo has water lines) the oils becomes stagnant and will burn. You would still need to have a timer or perform a cool-down session.
